George Zervas’ vision when he created his boutique winery was to craft wines with a signature identity. By cultivating exclusively local and rare Greek varieties, at Zervas Winery we have focused on producing wines that simultaneously express our winemaking style, our philosophy, and the strength of our terroir. Each tank is treated individually in order to highlight the uniqueness of the grapes. By combining traditional techniques with modern winemaking methods, we aim to create wines that elegantly showcase the complex and fruity character of local Greek varieties.
