

The Association of Small Wineries of Greece (SMOE) welcomes on Sunday, February 12, 2023, Giovanna Lykou (sommelier – wine & spirits instructor – drinks editor) for a workshop dedicated to the ultimate gastronomic trio.
Selected Greek cheeses of exceptional quality will be paired with masterful expressions of Greek grape varieties and wonderful handmade organic bread.
During this journey into the magical world of perfect flavor pairing, participants will learn everything they need to know about wine, cheese, and bread — from production methods and tasting characteristics to the secrets of maximum enjoyment.
The tasting will feature wines from the producers of the Association of Small Wineries of Greece (SMOE), cheeses from Kostarelos Dairy, and bread from Betty’s Bakery.
Attend engaging discussions and presentations on topics related to wine, primary production, Greek wine exports, and more — completely free of charge throughout the two-day event.
