Kokkinos Winery

The winery is located 1.5 kilometers outside the town of Naoussa, in the area of ​​Dalamari, heading to the traditional settlement of Arkochori. Stavros Kokkinos, a first generation winemaker, envisioned and created a boutique winery with the first bottling in 2009.

Facilities include the winery, bottling shop, underground cellar with 225-liter French oak barrels, as well as a tasting room and distillery. Today the winery cultivates 3.5 hectares of privately owned vineyards, from15-45 years of age and with contributions from cooperating producers, it bottles about 20,000 to 25,000 bottles a year.

The privately owned vineyards are located in the PDO area of ​​Naoussa, in the areas Paliokalias and Dalamari. We produce four labels:

1. Kokkinos, a red wine from Xinomavro, PDO Naoussa
2. Paliokalias, a red wine also from Xinomavro, PDO Naoussa
3. Black Rooster, a red wine, from a blend of 75% Xinomavro and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon
4. Pink Rooster, a dry rosé from 100% Xinomavro PGI Naoussa
