Maron Winery, founded in late 2023 by Nikolas Katsaridis, is a winery located in Maroneia, in the region of Thrace.
The winery’s privately-owned vineyards stretch over low clay-loam hills, creating the impression of a giant amphitheater overlooking the Aegean Sea.
The climate of Maroneia is shaped by the northern winds from Mount Ismaros and the sea breeze. For this reason, the area is characterized by a unique terroir, which is reflected in the quality of the grapes.
