Oenops is the latest winery to open in the Drama area. The winery was founded in 2015 by oenologist Nikos Karatzas, with the aim of producing quality wines in small quantities. The location was chosen after an extensive search for quality vineyards and ambitious wine growers in the Drama area in particular and Macedonia in general.
