At the southernmost tip of Thessaly and specifically at the foot of Mount Nartaki (Ancient Phthia), at 380 meters above sea level, lies the privately owned vineyard of the Liappis Boutique Winery.
Cultivation of the vineyard is certified organic and dry farming, producing very low yields and a limited number of bottles, with a focus on superior quality.
Each bottle from the estate comes from our dry-cultivated vines, with controlled production up to 6000 kilos per hectare. The altitude of 380 meters above sea level and the arid soil are responsible for the proper phenolic ripening, drainage and condensation of the grapes.
All products have been certified organic since 2003 and awarded at prestigious international competitions (Decanter, Berliner Wine Trophy).
