Vourvoukeli Estate

Vourvoukeli Estate was founded by Nikos and Flora Vourvoukeli in 1999, in the area of Avdira in the prefecture of Xanthi. Nikos, who grew up near vineyards and wine, decided to grow grapes and produce wine in addition to his professional career in medicine.

Envisioning the revitalization of the famous Avdiran vineyards, he planted 2 hectares (now 10) in the hills of the area with indigenous and international grape varieties.
