Boubas Winery is the continuation of a family tradition that treats wine not simply as a profession, but as a way of life. With deep roots in Corinthia and an eye toward the future, the second generation—led by Christos Boubas—combines scientific training in Oenology, Food Technology, and Management with the experience of the first generation, evolving the winery with passion and responsibility.
Our goal is to produce authentic wines with typicality and a clean character—wines that respect the grape variety, the terroir, and the people who cultivated the vineyards. We select our varieties carefully, based on the strength and tradition of each place. Part of our grapes come from vineyards in ancient Mantineia, an emblematic region for Moschofilero, while other grapes come from the mountainous slopes of Corinthia, areas with altitude, cool currents, and great expressiveness.
Quality is considered a self-evident obligation to both the consumer and the land. At the same time, we invest in sustainability, measured cultivation, and the continuous renewal of our expertise, while strengthening our outward-looking approach and appealing to an audience that seeks wines with identity and consistency.
