Tzivani Bio Wines

For 40 years, the Tzivani family has been cultivating organic Greek and international grape varieties, including Malagousia, Athiri, Agiorgitiko, Moschofilero, Roditis, white Kountoura, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and others.
The estate’s organic vineyards are located in Ritsona and Arma of Thebes, areas known since antiquity for their ideal microclimate for producing exceptional wines. The altitude differences and soil composition contribute to a remarkable complexity of flavors and aromas, defining the character of Tzivani’s exquisite wines today.
Winemaking takes place in the family’s modern winery in Ritsona, near Chalkida. The winery features cutting-edge technology housed in a beautifully designed building of traditional architecture.
All wines ferment under optimal oenological conditions, and in the underground cellar—where technology meets tradition—reds patiently mature in small oak barrels.
Tzivani wines are exported to numerous countries in Europe, Asia, and America and have received awards in every international wine competition in which they have participated.
At the exceptional Wine and Folklore Museum, visitors can admire rare artifacts, traditional tools, and mechanisms used for over 100 years in wine, olive oil, and various agricultural productions.
During the harvest season, wine enthusiasts and school students can participate in grape harvesting and stomping, making petimezi (grape molasses) and moustalevria (grape pudding).
The winery also hosts conferences, exhibitions, weddings, and other events.
