Hatziioannou Winery has aimed from the very beginning to produce high-quality wines. With a particular appreciation for the white Muscat (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains), the renowned variety of Samos since ancient times, the winery focuses on showcasing it further. All its white dry and natural sweet wines are made exclusively from this variety.
The production of raw material relies solely on selected vineyard sites that make up the winery’s own vineyards. The vines are at least 20 years old, dry-farmed, and cultivated by the skilled hands of the winery’s team. Respect for both nature and people sets a high standard, placing all vineyards under organic cultivation, while the winemaking techniques are fully aligned with this philosophy.
Finally, to ensure quality, the annual production is limited and numbered.
